President al-Mashat stresses on providing road maintenance equipment

SANAA, Oct. 22 (YPA) – President of the Supreme Political Council Mahdi al-Mashat on Tuesday stressed on the need to complete the project to provide equipment for construction and maintenance of roads damaged in the capital and provinces due to the aggression coalition bombing and floods.

During his meeting with Deputy Prime Minister for Services and Development Affairs Dr. Hussein Maqbouli and Mayor of the Capital Hamoud Obad, the President urged that the capital should be provided with the required cleaning equipment and machines to cope with the increase of waste due to the influx of population to the city to prevent the spread of epidemics and diseases.

The meeting discussed the support and development of cleanliness in the capital and the non-occupied provinces, in light of the population density witnessed by the capital due to the displacement of hundreds of thousands people from the provinces and areas affected by Saudi-led aggression coalition airstrikes.
