36 killed in bus collision in Eastern China

SANAA, Sept. 29 (YPA) – At least 36 people were killed and 36 others injured in eastern China when a bus collided with a truck, Chinese media reported Sunday.

The bus was carrying 69 people when it collided with a truck on a highway in east Jiangsu Province, the official News Agency of China reported.

Preliminary investigations indicated that the accident was caused by the explosion of one of the bus tires.
