UNICEF plane carrying childhood vaccines arrives at Sanaa airport

SANAA, Sept. 26 (YPA) – A UNICEF cargo plane carrying vaccines for children arrived at Sanaa International Airport on Thursday.

Director of the vaccines department at the immunization program Taha Ahmed al-Aqari said that UNICEF-provided shipments include routine immunization vaccines for children under one year, which are used in all provinces.

The shipment includes 931,950 vials of Pentavalent vaccine and 92,150 vials of pneumococcal vaccine, according to al-Aqari.
