Pro-Coalition commander killed in Jizan

JIZAN, Aug. 24 (YPA) – A Coalition Forces A military commander loyal to Saudi-led coalition forces was killed Friday by the Yemeni army fire in the frontier front of Jizan, an army official said on Saturday.

The official confirmed that Ahmed Abdullah al-Homiqani, commander of the 3rd Battalion in the so-called Third Arouba Brigade, was killed during targeting gatherings of the coalition forces east of al-Doud site in Jizan.

The Saudi army had admitted that three of its officers were killed at the southern border of the kingdom.
