UAE-backed militias target diesel pipeline in Aden

ADEN, Aug. 11 (YPA) – The UAE-backed militias (security belt forces) targeted the diesel pipeline in the southern port City of Aden, local sources reported on Sunday.

According to the sources, large quantities of diesel pipeline leaked and threatening of a major disaster that will affect the lives of citizens.

The sources warned of an Emirati plan to target and destroy refineries and vital installations, taking advantage of current events.

They confirmed that they had been informed about an Emirati plan to target vital facilities in Aden, which is considered a lifeline for Yemenis.

The UAE’s use of such a method against Yemeni ports is not the first and will not be the last, the sources said, as it was preceded by preventing of navigation in Yemeni ports, mainly Aden Port.

The UAE has prevented commercial vessels from approaching the port for a long time, in the service of its strategic project in order to destroy ports in the Horn of Africa for the benefit of Dubai Ports.
