Protest against “Rheinmetal Company” for exports arms to Saudi-led coalition’s countries

SANAA, May 30 (YPA) – Several organizations held a protest in front of the General Assembly of the German company “Rheinmetal” for manufacturing weapons in Berlin.

“Rheinmetal bombs kill in Yemen,” a banner posted by green pace protesters, where the company’s General Assembly meeting was held.

Several organizations accused the company of supplying an Italian company with arms to the Arabian Peninsula.

The protesters called for “disarmament from Rheinmetal.”

The German government imposed a ban on the export of weapons produced in Germany entirely to Saudi Arabia, which has been leading a war in Yemen for years.
