Sheikh al-Quhali denies being subjected to assassination in Sanaa

SANAA, April 12 (YPA) – Sheikh Mujahid al-Quhali on Friday denied what some news websites have reported about that he has been subjected to an assassination attempt in Sanaa province.

Sheikh al-Quhali, in a statement, affirmed the untruth of rumors about shooting a barrage of bullets at him while he was in a popular market in Sanhan district of Sanaa province.

The statement pointed out that Sheikh al-Quhali has ties of kinship and descent and brotherhood with people of Sanhan.
