SANAA, April 7 (YPA) – The Head of Libya’s Government of National Accord (GNA), Fayez al-Sarraj warned against a war in the country, saying that the Marshal Khalifa Haftar turned over the political agreement and declared war on Libyan cities.
Al-Sarraj explained what is happening in Libya is a coup. He warned of a non-profitable war.
Al Sarraj vowed to stand firm in the face of forces loyal to Marshal Khalifa Haftar.
He further threatened to hold all parties involved in the attack on the capital to account and to bring them to domestic and international jurisdictions.
The head of Libya’s national Accord government, Fayez al-Sarraj, said that Marshal Khalifa Haftar reversed the Libyan political era.
“Once the solution is on the horizon and the Libyans are well-placed, the world’s attention is focused on Libya, the Covenant has been reversed, and the attempt to stab the back,” al-Saraj said at a press conference.
Al-Saraj added that the Libyans surprised “with military movements accompanied by a tactical letter from Haftar “, recalled the “time of dictatorships and totalitarian rule”.
