Yemeni army snipers shoot eight militants in Asir

ASIR, April 5 (YPA) – The Snipers unit of the Yemeni army on Friday managed to shoot eight militants loyal to Saudi-led coalition in Asir region, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

The militants were killed in sniping attacks, which took place in front of Alib crossing, the official said.

Earlier in the day, the army forces repelled an infiltration attempt carried out by the militants in the same area.
