139,000 beneficiaries of emergency cash assistance in Ibb

IBB, March.31 (YPA) – In response to emergency in Yemen, the World Bank launched on Saturday the disbursement of emergency cash assistance to beneficiaries of social security under the auspices of UNICEF through Al-Amal Bank, Al-Krimi Bank and Agricultural Bank.

In the inauguration, Deputy Governor Rakan Naqib called to ease the process and avoid the mistakes made at the first phase to ensure that beneficiaries receive their dues with ease and convenience.

Chief of staff of the emergency cash cases project, Khaled al-Hubaishi, briefed explanations about the arrangements made to ensure that cash assistance was delivered to beneficiaries to hand.

Al-Habashi said that 139,812 cases will benefit for three months as a second payment of cash assistance.
