UAE steamship loaded with military reinforcement heading to Yemen’s Socotra Island

SANAA, March. 27 (YPA) – Yemen’s southern media sources said on Wednesday the United Arab Emirates (UAE) occupation’s steamship loaded with military reinforcement heading towards Yemen’s Socotra Island.
The reinforcement included 80 modern military vehicles heading to the Archipelago of Socotra to back militias so- called of “Socotriah elite.”

The sources added that the UAE aims to extend the influence and domination of the island to loot its wealthy.
Abu Dhabi’s moves come in line of the recent conflict with Saudi Arabia over the provinces of al-Mahra and Socotra overlooking the Arabian Sea and the Indian Ocean.
