HODEIDAH, March 25 (YPA) – The Saudi-led coalition forces and their militants on late Sunday intensified their breaches of a ceasefire agreement in Hodeidah province, western Yemen, a security official told Yemen Press Agency.
According to the official, Saudi-led coalition forces carried out an infiltration attempt towards Faza area in Tuhita district but were foiled by the army forces.
The Saudi-led coalition forces further launched artillery attacks on Hodeidah airport, amid the intensive flying of spy aircrafts, the official said.
He indicated that the coalition-backed militants fired a kornet rocket and 11 artillery shells On Faza area in Tuhita district, damaging civilians’ properties.
Meanwhile, several areas in 7 July residential district were targeted by the militants using heavy machine guns.
