Yemeni army launches offensive on coalition’s positions in Jawf

JAWF, March 18 (YPA) – The Yemeni army forces on Monday launched a large-scale attack on military positions of militants loyal to Saudi-led coalition in Jawf province, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

According to the official, dozens of the militants were killed and wounded in the battle, which took place in Maslub district.

The official added that the army forces captured medium weapons in large numbers during the attack.
