Mohammed Ali al-Houthi condemns coalition military targeting of UN observer mission

SANAA, March 3 (YPA) –  The head of the Supreme Revolutionary Committee, Mohammed Ali al-Houthi, has blamed the coalition countries and their militants for targeting the chairman of the UN Monitoring Committee and the Committee to Coordinate the Redeployment of Troops in Hodeidah.

He considered the repeated targeting of the UN team as part of the Saudi plan to resume the battle of Hodeidah and impede peace.

“We hold the states of aggression fully responsible for the direct targeting of the convoy of the head of the Observer Mission on Al Kamseen Street in Hadidah,” al-Houthi wrote on his Twitter Account on Saturday night.

“The targeting of the UN team is likely a part of the plan to replicate the Battle of Hodeidah and hinder peace,” the Revolutionary Committee chairman added.

Mohammed Ali al-Houthi has addressed the UN Undersecretary for Humanitarian Affairs at the same time, saying: “We remind Mark Lowcock to obligate the four-aggression countries to allow access to Red Sea mills to distribute aid.”
