SANAA, March. 28 (YPA) – The number of air strikes carried out by Saudi-led coalition warplanes against Yemen reached to more than 145,000 air raids during its three-year war in March 2015, the Wall Street Journal reported.
In a report, the newspaper confirmed that British officers, soldiers and Americans are running operations from a dark room in the basement of a military base in the Saudi capital of Riyadh.
According to Saudi officers working at the headquarters, the coalition launched 145,000 air raids, including 100,000 successful raids and 45,000 failed raids.
On the other side, missile force of the Yemen Army fired up more than 100 ballistic missiles into Saudi Arabia territory, the coalition spokesman said in January.
The number of ballistic missiles targeted Saudi Arabian has reached 91, and more than 67,000 others missiles, according to the CNN news Channel.
Earlier in March, Amnesty International announced that it documented more than 36 air strikes carried out by Saudi-led coalition amount to war crimes and breach the international humanitarian law.
