16 coalition airstrikes hit several Yemeni provinces over two days: Army spokesman

SANAA, Feb. 20 (YPA) – Yemen’s army spokesman Yahya Sarie said in a statement on Wednesday that the US-backed Saudi-led fighter jets have carried out over 16 strikes over the past two days on several provinces in Yemen.

The strikes hit several of the provinces of Sanaa, Saada,Hajjah, Marib province Sarie said.

Meanwhile, Sarie said the army forces have waged 14 operations against sites and groups of the militias backed by the Saudi-led coalition, killing and wounding dozens of the militias in Marib, Taiz, Jizan, Dheala, Najran and Jawf.
