Yellow Vests continue their protests again in Paris

SANAA, Feb. 16 (YPA) –  The Yellow Vests continue their protests for the fourteenth consecutive week in France amid police preparations in Paris, which are expected to witness the largest protest rallies.

Protesters continued to mobilize to commemorate the three-month anniversary of the start of demonstrations and to protest on Saturday and Sunday.

Activists on Facebook launched calls for “insurgency movements” and “closing the square of the star for as long as possible “on Saturday.

In another move that is more popular on the social network, a call was made to move on Sunday at the same place for a “peaceful” demonstration.

The Paris police warned that it “does not rule out the facts that during these two days informal gatherings and formation of undisciplined processions are held”, stressing that it will deploy “many appropriate troops” to ensure the security of the French capital.
