Yemeni army’s entrance into Aden province was necessary, Leader of Revolution says

SANAA, March. 23 (YPA) – Leader of revolution Sayyed Abdul-Malik Badreddin al-Houthi confirmed that the entry of the Yemeni army into Aden province was “necessary because the resigned exiled Riyadh-based president Abed Rabou Mansour Hadi, al-Qaeda and Daesh used the southern regions to carry out attacks on the military camps, security headquarters, launching military offensive and move towards the others provinces.

Speaking in an exclusive interview with Lebanon’s Arabic-language al-Akhbar daily newspaper published on Friday, Mr.al-Houthi said, forces loyal to the figutive hadi, al-Qaeda and Daesh occupied military camps as well as security headquarters and they slaughtered Yemeni army and popular committees’ fighters with knives.

“We have even asked in televised speeches to prevent them from using the southern provinces to carry out criminal attacks such as those targeting Badr Mosque and Al-Hashosh Mosques, and targeted mass rallies,” he added.

On the other side, we have decided to withdraw because of the problems that have occurred in the past, and the step forward resulted in the expulsion of Hadi , he said.

We also exposed the forces of aggression that wanted to represent the aggression on Yemen as a civil war, he said.
