Yemeni army repels coalition’s attack in Taiz

TAIZ, Feb. 3 (YPA) – The  Yemeni army on Sunday repelled an attack carried out by militants loyal to Saudi-led coalition in Taiz province, southwestern Yemen, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

The battle, which took place in Aqroodh area left a dozen militants dead and wounded, the official said.

According to the official, the army forces launched a counterattack on the militants’ sites in the same direst, liberating several sites and inflicting massive losses on their ranks.
