Iraqi popular crowd bombs Da’esh inside Syria
SANAA, Feb. 2 (YPA) – The commander of Anbar operations for the popular crowd in Iraq Qasim Musleh, on Friday, announced that the artillery bombardment targeted groups of organization “Dahesh” inside Syria, stressing the existence of high coordination between the popular crowd and security forces to ward off any danger from Iraq’s western borders.
Musleh said in a statement to the popular crowd that “battles are intensifying on the Syrian side between the forces of Syria’s democracy and the Da’esh organization.
He added that the forces of the crowd monitored operations of enemy movements nearby the border,” asserting that “there are gatherings of Da’esh elements on the Syrian side were targeted by rocket and artillery and made accurate strikes to remove the danger and thwart infiltration of terrorist elements,” according to Alsumaria News.
Musleh pointed out that “the popular crowd and the security forces in Anbar areas are on high coordination in order to refute any danger from the borders of western Iraq.”
