Al-Houthi: Coalition air raids on Yemen are not new to aggression which violates international and humanitarian laws
SANAA, Jan. 20 (YPA) -The Head of the Supreme Revolutionary Committee, Mohammed Ali al-Houthi, has commented on the recent bombing of the Yemeni capital of Sana’a by Saudi-led invasion forces.
“The bombing of the capital Sana’a and other provinces is not new to the Saudi-led aggression, which violates international and humanitarian laws”, Mohammed Ali al-Houthi wrote on his Twitter account on Saturday night.
“These air strikes are the result of U.S. support, participation and encouragement of its Saudi-Emirati alliance,” he added.

He pointed out that these raids are a confirmation of the US Secreterary of State Mike Pompeo’s remarks, which he made during his visit to the Kingdom recently. During his visit, Pompeo continued to voice support for Riyadh and its genocidal war against Yemen.
The Head of the Supreme Revolutionary Committee further stressed that the air raids no longer frighten the Yemeni people, but will only strengthen their memory of the martyrs and of the great sacrifices they have made.
At least two civilians were killed and others injured when the US-backed Saudi-led coalition warplanes launched 24 strikes on several residential areas of capital and Sanaa province during the past few hours.
