Yemen army wages 3 offensives on militias’ sites in Jawf

JAWF, Mar. 17 (YPA) – Yemen army on Saturday carried out three offensive operations on Saudi-

backed militias’ sites in Yemen province of Jawf, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

In Gail district, dozens f the militias were killed and wounded in one of the offensive operations in Shawaq valley.

The official added that the army waged an offensive on the militias’ sites in Mahamisha area of Khub-washaaf district, inflicted them heavy losses.  

In Maslup district, an surprise offensive was carried out on the coalition militias’ site in Rarqa area, killing and wounding dozens.

Meanwhile, the artillery force of the Yemen army shelled gatherings of Saudi-backed militias in Mahamisha front of Khub-washaaf district, causing direct causalities.

On Friday, the Yemen army carried out a military operation which targeted coalition’s militias  sites toward khanjar area of Khub-washaaf, causing heavy causalities and the army also destroyed a military vehicle loaded with militias by an explosive device in Mutun front.
