Army launches offensive on coalition’s sites in Jawf

JAWF, Jan. 1 (YPA) – The Yemeni army on Tuesday launched an offensive on sites of militants loyal to Saudi-led coalition in Jawf province,  northern Yemen, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

Dozens of militants were killed and injured in the battle, which took place in Wadi Shawaq area in Ghail district, the official said.
