IOF arrests 20 Palestinians in West Bank, Jerusalem

SANAA, Dec, 31 (YPA) – Israeli occupation forces( IOF) on Monday arrested 20 Palestinian citizens from various parts of the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem.

According to “Palestine Now” News Agency, the Israeli occupation forces arrested more than 10 citizens of the town of Kaubar, north of Ramallah, after storming the town in the early hours of Monday.

Last night, Israeli forces closed the road between the towns of Kaubar and Burham, north of Ramallah, with a dirt roadblock.

They also stormed the town of Beit Rima, west of Ramallah, carrying out searching in citizens’ homes, and integrated  Shaymaa al-Rimawi, the wife of martyr Saleh Barghouti, amid clashes with youths in the town.

Violent confrontations broke out between the youths and the Israeli g forces, following the storming of the towns of Nablus and Qalqilya, without any reported casualties.

The occupation forces allegedly confiscated firearms during their incursion into the city of Nablus, without reporting any arrests.
