Update: Army fires Zilizal-1 missile towards Saudi-backed militants in Nihem

SANAA, Dec. 17 (YPA) – The Yemeni army on Monday fired a Zilizal-1 missile towards gatherings of militants loyal to the  Saudi-led coalition in Nihem district of Sana’a province, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

According to the official, the rocketry forces targeted gatherings of the Saudi-backed militants behind al-Qarn and al-Sulda’a areas, inflicting heavy losses on their ranks.

The official said that the attack came after many attempts of the militants to advance towards the army positions in the same district.
