Army repels coalition-backed militants’ attack in Najran

NAJRAN, Dec. 17 (YPA) – The Yemeni army on Monday repelled a large-scale attack carried out by militants loyal to the Saudi-led coalition in Najran region, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

The battle, which took place in Ajsher desert, left dozens of the militants dead and wounded, including a military commander, the official said.
