Foreign minister meets ICRC regional director

SANAA, Dec. 11 (YPA) – Foreign Minister Hisham Sharaf Abdullah met on Tuesday in Sanaa with regional director for the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) Fabrizio Carboni.

At the meeting, the officials discussed the cooperation’s fields between Yemen and the ICRC.

The Minister briefed the UN official on the catastrophe effects and the all-out siege imposed by Saudi-led coalition that causes the world’s humanitarian crises on the Yemeni people.

Meanwhile, Carboni thanked the concerning authorities to provide facilities to the ICRC delegation in Sana’a, commitment to provide all possible support to Yemen, especially in difficult circumstances.
