Army repels coalition militiamen’s attack in Asir

ASIR, Dec. 10 (YPA) – The Yemeni army repelled on Monday an attack of the Saudi-led coalition militiamen in border province of Asir, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

The operation hit the militiamen in Alib crossing, killing and wounding several.

Although the attack of the militiamen was backed by heavy air cover from the coalition’s apache, spy and warplane to support its militiamen on the ground, it failed, the official added.
