SANAA, Dec. 9 (YPA) – Ministry of Human Rights on Sunday strongly condemned the fresh war crimes and military escalation led by Saudi-led coalition against the Yemeni people, especially in Hodeidah province, in a statement said.
In the statement, the ministry said the coalition states’ military escalation and their militiamen in targeting citizens and fishermen is an attempt to fall the UN peace consultations in Sweden.
“Although seventy years late of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) that calls to protect the human rights, the Republic of Yemen has been subjected to the flagrant violations and war crimes by the coalition’s forbidden weapons on citizens since four years,” the statement said.
On Saturday, the coalition’s warplanes waged a series of strikes on in Hodiedah province, killing and injuring dozens of citizens, including fishermen, it added.
