SANAA, Nov. 26 (YPA) – Tunisian organizations and associations condemned the crimes of Saudi Arabia in Yemen, expressing their categorical rejection of the invitation to Saudi Crown Prince bin Salman to visit Tunisia which expected to be on Tuesday.
The organizations considered, in a joint statement that the visit of the Saudi Crown Prince is harming Tunisia, which sacrificed for its independence and liberation from tyranny thousands of martyrs, especially with the continuation of the military campaign led by Saudi Arabia in Yemen.
The statement condemned Saudi Arabia’s indifference to the deterioration of the humanitarian situation in Yemen and the spread of famine among the Yemeni people.
The statement pointed out that the visit of Ben Salman, which comes within the framework of a tour involving Arab countries aims to unseat him against the backdrop of his involvement in the heinous crime that killed journalist Jamal Khashoggi.
The Tunisian organizations and associations confirmed their adherence to the voices calling for the accountability of the Saudi regime for its violations of human rights and crimes against humanity in Yemen.
They warned of the danger of any military cooperation with Saudi Arabia and rapprochement with a closed state that a number of human rights reports indicate to the oppressors in the approach of tyranny and hostility to advocates of jurisprudence in religion and political reform.
