Army repels coalition’s attack in Jizan

JIZAN, Nov. 24 (YPA) – The Yemeni army on Saturday repelled Saudi-led coalition’s attacks on army’s sites in Jizan province, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

The battle, which took place at Gias Mountain, left dozens of Saudi soldiers and militants dead and wounded.

The foiled attack lasted for several hours, the official added.

Meanwhile, the artillery shelled gatherings of the militants at the eastern part of Dood Mountain, causing direct casualties.
