Bolivian President: United States become threat to world

SANAA, Oct. 24 (YPA) – Bolivian President Evo Morales said the United States is a threat to the world because of its intention to withdraw from the medium- and short-term nuclear-weapons treaty concluded with Moscow during the Cold War.

Morales wrote on his Twitter page: “Trump threatens to send troops to the border with Mexico against thousands of immigrants from Central America, and announce the withdrawal from the agreement with Russia on the Treaty on the elimination of medium and short-range nuclear missiles, adding that the United States has become an enemy of peace and human rights.

The medium and short range missile reduction treaty, (The “Intermediate Nuclear Forces Treaty”, “INF”), was signed between the United States and the Soviet Union in 1987.
