Dozens of Saudi soldiers killed in Asir

ASIR, Oct. 13 (YPA) – Dozena of Saudi soldiers were killed and others wounded when the Yemeni army on Saturday repelled an attack towards border province of Asir, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

The operation also destroyed three Saudi military vehicles and killed their crew members in Alib crossing.

Last week, the Saudi army waged three attacks in attempts to retake the crossing, but they failed.

The Saudi-led coalition have intervened in Yemen’s sovereignty and internal affairs since March 2015, killing thousands of civilians and displacing over three million.
