 Five Saudi princes arrested on Khashoggi’s disappearance : i newspaper

SANAA, Oct. 13 (YPA) – At least five Saudi princes were arrested after the disappearance of journalist Jamal Khashoggi last week and took them to unknown destinations, the i British newspaper reported on Friday.

The dissent prince, Prince Khalid Bin Farhan al-Saud, who is living in the exiled in Germany, said that the Saudi authorities planned to kidnap him in the same way 10 days before Khashoggi’s disappearance.

He said the authorities promised his family to give him millions of dollars if he went to meet with officials at the Saudi consulate in Cairo, the capital of Egypt to give him a bank cheque after Saudi Authority knows that he is facing in financial trouble.

Prince Khalid Bin Farhan indicated that the Saudi authorities had called him over 30 times to do so.

Many of the princes were thrown into prisons and jails after their visit to King Salman five days ago, who expressed fear for the future of the Saudi family, and that those who spoke out the against the case of Khashoggi were jailed, he added.
