Professor mocks Hadi’s decision to set up a university in Abyan

ADEN, Feb. 23 (YPA) – The republican decree issued by the exiled resigned Riyadh-based president Abderbo Mansour Hadi to set up a university in Abyan is a presidential scandal because the decree had been issued before in 2008, Dr. Muhayeb Shaif, who is a former professor at Aden University told Yemen Press agency .

“The resolution to establish five universities was issued on June 16, 2008, including Abyan which means that the decision has been ten years but implementation has been delayed,” he added.

The move came in response to the Republican Decree No. (3) For 2018 issued on Thursday.
