Southern leader calls for protest on Wednesday in Hadramout

HADRAMOUT, Sept. 17 (YPA) – Leader of the so-called “Revolutionary Movement Council” in Hadramout province, Saleh Yusr al-Namouri, on Monday called his supporters to carry out a protest in front of the appeals prosecution building in Mukalla city.

Al-Namouri confirmed that Wednesday protest will be carried out by the council to demand the release of one of the movement leaders arrested by the prosecution without any legal basis.

He pointed out that the leader Hussein al-Qamishi was arrested by chief of the appeals prosecution in the province, Shaker Mahfouz Binsh, loyal to the UAE occupation without any charge.

“Leaders and supporters of the revolutionary movement in Hadramout, will launch various protest activities, which will be followed by escalating steps until the release of all detainees, al-Namouri said.
