Report: 20 civilians killed in over 32 coalition airstrikes on Saturday
SANAA, Feb. 18 (YPA) – At least 20 Yemeni civilians, including paramedics and children, were killed when the US-backed Saudi-led coalition warplanes waged more than 32 strikes on several province of Yemen over the past 24 hours, according to reports combined by Yemen Press Agency on Sunday.
In Saada province:
18 civilians, including paramedics, women and children, in airstrikes targeted gatherings of civilians in Aqiq area of Kutaf district.
Another civilian was killed in an aggression air strike which targeted a main road in Aal-Ali area of Razeh border district.
Five strikes hit Takhiah area in Majz district
Meanwhile, Saudi force fired missiles and artillery shells toward several area of Munabeh, Razeh, Ghamer border districts, damaging residents’ properties.
- In Hajjah province:
A civilian was killed and a water trunk was destroyed in airstrikes hit the bridge of Moor valley.
14 strikes were waged on Haradh and Medi districts.
- In Yemen province of Jawf:
Five air strikes were waged on Khub-washaaf district.
- In Sanaa province:
The warplanes of Saudi-led coalition launched three strikes on Tele- communication networks in Manakha district.
