Canadian website: Saudi- led coalition kills only 100,000 Yemeni civilians!

SANAA, Feb. 16 (YPA) – The Canadian website Mondialisation published an article entitled Yemen – Having Lost the War Saudis Try Genocide – Media complicit.

The article questioned the United Nations (UN)  figures about victims of the war in Yemen, pretended to be 10 thousand killed and 40,000 wounded since the outbreak of the war in the beginning of the year 2015, adding  that such figures do not rise to the level of truth.

Saudi Arabia lost its war in Yemen and tries to impose all-out blockade on the country,  that caused  immediate doubling of food and gas prices and made Yemen government unable to pay its employees’  salaries about more than 15 months ago , the article said.

The article revealed the Pentagon’s attempt to extend its control over Yemen port of Hodeidah, referring the negative effects  of the destruction of the port, that considered as  unique way to supply nearly 20 million.

The US-backed Saudi-led coalition even prevented the landing of flights of the UN medical supplies in the international airport of Sanaa, it added.

 It indicated also the gravity of  claims that the port of Hodeidah  should be under the auspices of the UN, adding that will perpetuate the humanitarian crises in Yemen as this will put many obstacles to the port activities.
