Kickboxing championship titles’ winners honored in Sanaa

SANAA, Aug. 18 (YPA) – Minister of Youth and Sports, Hassan Zaid on Saturday honored the winners of titles of the open championship for the Thai Boxing teams of the provinces.

The four-day championship was organized by the game federation on “Y Sport” stadium in the capital Sanaa and was concluded on Saturday.

Hodeidah province’s team won the championship title with six gold medals, three silver and two bronze medals, followed by the team of the capital Sanaa with five gold medals, and six silver medals.

The team of Amran province came third with one silver medal and three bronze medals, and the team of Hajjah province ranked fourth with one silver medal and another bronze.
