Sanaa Health Ministry: 9 civilians killed, injured in Saudi airstrikes on Sanaa

SANAA, Oct. 05 (YPA) – Saudi Arabia committed new war crimes against civilians in Sanaa on Monday, killing and injuring civilians, including children and women.

The Ministry of Health and Environment announced that nine people, including a young girl, were killed or injured in Saudi airstrikes on Sanaa province.

In a statement, the ministry said a Saudi airstrike hit a farm in Beit Al-Shatibi, Sanhan District, killing a woman. Two further strikes targeted the Sawaan area, killing a girl and injuring seven civilians, including women and children.

The statement added that the aggressive attacks constitute war crimes warranting investigation and accountability before international courts and represent a flagrant violation of international humanitarian law.
