Qalibaf: October 7th shattered the illusion of Israeli security

TEHRAN, Oct. 04 (YPA) – Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf affirmed on Sunday that October 7th marked a pivotal turning point in the region’s history and shattered the illusion of Israeli security.

In his remarks, Qalibaf stated that on that day, Palestinian resistance fighters transformed the false Israeli security illusion into a state of perpetual fear. He asserted that the pillars of Israel’s national security doctrine have collapsed and cannot be rebuilt through military operations or increased budgets.

He indicated that Iran is neither eager nor fearful, but rather is fighting and negotiating simultaneously. He also emphasized that Tehran will continue to utilize diplomatic tools to solidify its military superiority and assert the rights of the Iranian people, adding, “The victor in negotiations is the one who is prepared for war.”

Qalibaf further stated that Iran is present on the battlefield with its full force and will confront its enemies with “new surprises.”

He noted that the United States is attempting to influence Iranian strategic calculations through conflicting reports, but these efforts will remain mere illusions.
