Sanaa military spokesman: Saudi warplanes launch 35 airstrikes across five Yemeni governorates

SANAA, Sept. 29 (YPA) – Saudi warplanes carried out 35 airstrikes over the past 24 hours across five Yemeni governorates, Brigadier General Yahya Sarie, spokesman for the Sanaa forces, said this evening .

Brig. Gen. Sarie stated that the strikes were executed by F-15 and Eurofighter Typhoon aircraft taking off from the Khamis Mushait and Taif airbases.

According to the spokesman, the airstrikes targeted civilian infrastructure, including bridges and roads, in the governorates of Taiz, Jawf, Amran, Saada and Hodeida.

He added that the total number of Saudi-led coalition airstrikes and missile attacks since the beginning of the escalation has reached 1,158.
