Report: 2 children, woman killed in 56+ Saudi-led airstrikes over 24 hours
SANAA, Aug. 11 (YPA) – Two children and old woman were killed and two children and others were injured when the US-backed Saudi-led coalition launched over 56 airstrikes on several areas of Yemen’s provinces during the past 24 hours, according to reports combined by Yemen Press Agency on Saturday.
· In Hodeidah province:
An old woman and child were killed and two children were injured in an airstrike targeted a civilian’s home in Duraihimi district.
Three airstrikes hit Zabid countryside.
Four airstrikes were waged on Zabid and Tuhaita countryside.
Two airstrikes on the Southwest of Glass Ice Factory in Zabid.
· In Marib province:
A child was killed and others were injured in airstrikes targeted a civilian’s home in Mahjaza area of Serwah district.
· In Saada province:
Six airstrikes hit Baqem district.
Four airstrikes were waged on Aal-Tharia and nearby areas in Sehar district.
An airstrike on a school in Ghafira area of Dhahir district.
Two air strikes hit Shada border district.
· In Sanaa province:
Two airstrikes hit Subahaa area.
16 airstrikes were waged on Arhab district.
Four air raids on Sanaa international airport.
· In Hajjah province:
Nine airstrikes were launched on Haradh and Medi districts.
· In border Saudi province of Najran:
A Saudi-led airstrike hit Talaa site.
