Sanaa forces take control of strategic positions overlooking Bab Al-Mandab

TAIZ, Sept. 11 (YPA) – Yemen’s Sanaa-based armed forces on Thursday took control of strategic camps and positions overlooking the Bab Al-Mandab Strait.

Field sources on Thursday evening reported new military developments along Yemen’s western coast, said the armed forces had seized the strategic Al-Omari Camp overlooking Bab Al-Mandab, capturing large quantities of weapons and dozens of Saudi-backed Al-Amaliqa brigades fighters.

The same sources also said Zubair Island, the strategic Dhabab Mountain, and all mountains overlooking Bab Al-Mandab had come under the control of Sanaa forces.
