GAZA, Sept. 03 (YPA) – The Israeli occupation forces continued to violate the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip on Thursday through artillery shelling, killing and wounding several Palestinians in different areas of the Strip.
Four Palestinians were killed and others wounded in Israeli occupation’s strikes and gunfire across the Gaza Strip.
In Gaza City, one Palestinian was killed and others wounded after Israeli aircraft targeted a group of Palestinians near Al-Noor Mosque on Al-Thawra Street in the Al-Rimal neighborhood, west of the city.
In central Gaza, the body of a Palestinian killed earlier by Israeli forces was recovered east of Al-Daawa neighborhood, northeast of Nuseirat refugee camp. The occupation’s military vehicles continued heavy and sustained gunfire in the same area.
Palestinian sources reported that two Palestinians were killed and others wounded Thursday morning when the occupation’s military vehicles opened fire near Abbas Kilani Roundabout on Al-Shaymaa Street, north of Beit Lahia in northern Gaza.
In southern Gaza, a medical source reported that a Palestinian was wounded by Israeli gunfire east of Hamad City, northwest of Khan Younis, amid continued heavy fire from Israeli military vehicles stationed east of the Yellow Line.
The occupation’s military vehicles also fired heavily toward the cemetery area west of Khan Younis, hitting tents housing displaced Palestinians and wounding people. Israeli helicopters opened heavy fire east of the city, followed by renewed gunfire in the same area.
In central Gaza, the occupation fired artillery at areas northwest of Bureij refugee camp, alongside continued gunfire from military vehicles east of Al-Daawa neighborhood, northeast of Nuseirat refugee camp.
