Sanaa warns international actors against being drawn into Saudi “quagmire” in Yemen

SANAA, Aug. 30 (YPA) –  The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates in Sanaa stated that the Saudi regime is making every effort to involve international parties in its crimes against the Yemeni people.

In a statement issued today, the ministry noted that it is closely monitoring behind-the-scenes maneuvers, issuing a stern warning to any foreign actors tempted to draw themselves into “this quagmire.”

The ministry reaffirmed that the conflict with the Saudi regime aims to lift the blockade on the country and secure the Yemeni people’s access to their national resources, adding that all parties fully understand the nature of this battle.

It concluded the statement by saying: “The state of disorientation and confusion experienced by the Saudi regime will only increase the cost of continuing this foolish policy.”
