Local authority in Lahj condemns Dhahyan children massacre

LAHJ, Aug. 9 (YPA) – The local authority in Lahj province condemned Thursday brutal attack of the Saudi-led warplanes on students’ bus in Dahyan district of Saada province, which left 47 dead and 77 wounded, mostly children.

The local authority considered what happened in Dhahyan a war crime against humanity.

“Targeting of Dhahyan children and the previous crimes committed by the Saudi-led coalition have exposed the hollow imperialist principles of the arrogant countries, which aim to subjugate the countries rejecting the American and Zionist domination in the region and the world,” read the statement.

Lahj’s local authority called on all the Yemeni people to move to various fronts and to avenge the blood of those children, women and the elderly who were killed by the coalition raids during the last period.
