73,382, Palestinians killed in ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza

GAZA, Aug. 06 (YPA) – Over 73,382, Palestinians have been martyred and 174,236 people wounded as a result of the Israeli aggression since October 7, 2023, according to the Palestinian Health Ministry in Gaza.

In its daily statistical report released on Thursday, the ministry said hospitals had received one fatality, who succumbed to previous injuries, and five new wounded over the past 24 hours.

Furthermore, the ministry reported that since the ceasefire took effect on October 11, 1,255 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli occupation fire, while 4,125 others have been injured.

It added that 806 bodies have been recovered from beneath the rubble during the same period.

Meanwhile, the ministry stressed that many victims remain trapped under collapsed buildings and on roads, noting that ambulance and civil defense teams are still unable to reach them.
