One Lebanese citizen killed, 12 wounded in Israeli occupation raid on southern Lebanon

BEIRUT, Aug. 05 (YPA) – The Lebanese Ministry of Health announced, on Wednesday, the death of one civilian and the injury of 12 others, with varying degrees of severity, as a result of an Israeli air raid targeting the town of Tibnin in the Bint Jbeil district of southern Lebanon.

The ministry explained that the occupation’s warplanes bombed the town, resulting in civilian casualties and the injured were transferred to nearby hospitals for treatment, while ambulance and civil defense teams continued their operations at the targeted site.

In the context of the ongoing attacks on border villages, the Lebanese National News Agency reported that Israeli occupation forces set fire to a number of farms and agricultural lands on the outskirts of the town of Kfarshouba in the south of the country.
