27 civilians killed, injured in two Yemeni provinces

AMRAN, HAJJAH, Aug. 8 (YPA)- At least 27 civilians were killed and injured when the US-backed Saudi-led coalition warplanes launched several air strikes on Amran and Hajjah provinces, north of Yemen, a security official told Yemen Press Agency.

In Amran, at least twelve civilians, including children and women were killed and 5 others injured when the Saudi-led coalition warplanes launched air strikes on al-Amshiah area with airstrikes in Harf Sufian district.

In hajjah, six civilians, including four women were killed and four others injured in Saudi-led air strikes waged on Bani Hidan district.
